At the invitation of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a delegation of the KNR in Syria under the leadership of President Ibrahim Biro traveled to Russia this week. On Thursday, 7 September 2017, the delegates met the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Envoy for the Middle East and Africa, Michael Bogdanow, in Moscow.
